Relieving Holiday Stress Naturally!

Think it’s too late to relieve holiday stress? No at all, with all the last minute shopping, relatives coming over, taking kids to see Santa, maybe your hot water heater going out and you have to spend Christmas money on that! Sounds like stress doesn’t it?

There are few natural remedies to help reduce holiday stress or any other kinds of stress. One of the best ones is an amino acid called Theanine. This is derived naturally from Green Tea. Theanine increases the alpha brain waves, which are responsible in helping us stay calm and stress free despite all the chaos surrounding us. When the brain’s alpha waves are increased, it helps the brain to stay focus and learn more easily. But, more importantly it will relieve stress and anxiety. One amazing aspect of this herbal compound is that it helps to block the worry sensor in the brain. How many of you would like not to feel worried during the holidays? Theanine is safe to take with any medication (since Theanine is found naturally in tea), as research shows it may help reduce high blood pressure caused by stress.

Another remedy is Eleuthro Root (Siberian Ginseng) which will help protect the body against the effects of stress and increase your energy. Constant stress is brutal on the body. It causes excess cortisol which is causes a vicious cycle of never-ending tension and anxiety. Eleuthro Root reduces cortisol levels naturally, which will help relieve stress while increasing your energy and protecting you against the effects of stress.

Everyone should look at the holidays as a joyous time. If you know someone who maybe spending the holidays alone, invite them to be a part of your holiday. This will not only bring someone else joy, but it will increase your joy as well. Giving is better than receiving and what better gift to give is friendship and love.

I would like to wish all my readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I want to send a special shout out to all my friends at the Cleveland Lions Club and want to thank them for their invitations this year to their luncheons. Be healthy and be blessed!
